Job Summary
About the Company
We are a mid-sized Indian MNC pharmaceutical company with a strong presence in API manufacturing and global markets. To strengthen our commercial and operational analytics we are looking for an experienced MIS Reporting Manager for our API business.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage daily weekly and monthly MIS reports for API manufacturing and business operations
Develop dashboards for production yield cost inventory sales and regulatory metrics
Collect validate and consolidate data from multiple departments (Production QA/QC SCM Finance Sales)
Ensure data accuracy consistency and timely submission to management
Automate MIS reports using Advanced Excel macros Power BI or other BI tools
Track KPIs related to plant performance capacity utilization OEE and cost efficiency
Support audits and management reviews with analytical reports and presentations
Improve reporting processes and implement data standardization across sites
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong expertise in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables Power Query Macros)
Experience with Power BI / MIS dashboards
Strong data analysis and presentation skills
Understanding of API manufacturing processes and plant operations
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior management
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Engineering / Science / Statistics / Management
Certification in MIS / Data Analytics / P
