- Working knowledge of Mechanical (pipe) Structural Concrete & Civil and I&E work scope
- Be able to read and interpret P&ID PLEDS I/E & Civil drawings
- Knowledge of building material requisitions
- Working knowledge of project cost control
- Working knowledge of Xcel spread sheets
- Working knowledge of P6 schedules and know how to read them
- Team Player
- Good communicator
- Self-Starter
