As a Senior Helpers caregiver your role involves providing compassionate home care services to the elderly and disabled. A large part of your role is providing companionship personal care homemaking and transportation services to older adults. Our mission is to assist our clients in maintaining a comfortable and enriching life in the comfort of their homes.
Your vibrant personality and exceptional skills will make a positive difference in the lives of seniors and adults with disabilities.
On a typical day your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal care (bathing grooming toileting) meal prep medication reminders and light housekeeping.
- Transportation services to clients for medical appointments.
- Dementia Care Alzheimers Care Parkinsons Care Hospice Care and more!
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in clients health or behavior to the appropriate personnel
Requirements
- Cell phone with internet access
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Certifications (e.g. CNA license PCA certificate BLS etc.)are preferred but NOT required
- Proof of Negative TB results from last 12 months (dont worry if you dont have this well help you get it!)
Benefits
