Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to join our team and provide meaningful support to individuals in a variety of care settings. No prior certification is required making this an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping others and making a positive difference in their community.
Caregivers will assist clients with daily living activities promote overall health and safety and provide emotional and social support in both home and community-based environments. This position is ideal for those interested in long-term care senior care or supporting individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming and mobility support
- Monitor clients and record vital signs as required
- Assist with medication administration in accordance with care plans and HIPAA regulations
- Prepare nutritious meals based on individual dietary requirements and assist with meal planning
- Maintain a clean safe and organized living environment through light housekeeping
- Safely operate assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts or other transfer equipment
- Document client progress and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients mental and emotional well-being
- Follow individualized care plans for clients with dementia Alzheimers disease or other memory-related conditions
- Assist with transportation to medical appointments or community activities when needed
- Follow all safety procedures including CPR and First Aid protocols
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in home care assisted living nursing homes hospice care or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required. Experience in patient observation monitoring vital signs medication assistance dementia care autism support or social work is beneficial.
Comprehensive training will be provided. Above all we value candidates who demonstrate compassion reliability professionalism and a willingness to learn.
