Job Summary

The Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for planning organizing and overseeing before/after school and summer programs that support The Oaks Academys mission and student experience. This role ensures programs are engaging well-run and accessible to students across all grade levels while coordinating communication between staff program leaders students and families. This is a 12-month full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan schedule and coordinate clubs.
- Recruit onboard and support program leaders (staff and/or external partners).
- Communicate program offerings schedules and expectations to families and staff.
- Manage student enrollment attendance and waitlists.
- Maintain inventory and purchasing of program supplies.
- Ensure clubs align with school values policies and safety expectations.
- Gather feedback and evaluate program effectiveness for continuous improvement.
- Plan and facilitate summer camp programs.
- Collaborate with other Oaks Plus coordinators.
- Maintain relationships with external partners.

- Experience working with children in an educational or enrichment setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Digital competencies including common software and online tools
- Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
- Experience coordinating programs
- Passion for student enrichment and whole-child development
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Devout Christian who is a member of associated with or seeking to be associated with a Christ-centered community of faith or a church
