The Opportunity

We are creating an AI & Data Hub at EY-Parthenon Portugal designed to serve countries across the Europe West region and accelerate the adoption of advanced analytics and AI solutions.

As a Product Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative digital products and technology solutions that drive transformation for our clients. You will also oversee the ideation validation and scaling of AI and Data & Analytics (DnA) use cases managing ProofofConcepts (POCs) from design through implementation and industrialization andcollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define product vision build roadmaps and deliver solutions that create measurable business value. Your key responsibilities

• Prioritize AI initiatives based on impact feasibility and strategic goals.
• Translate business challenges into clear AI/DnA use cases ensuring technical feasibility and measurable value.
• Manage product backlog and roadmap to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead endtoend POC management: scoping data assessment partner coordination experimentation and evaluation of results.
• Coordinate activation activities: communication onboarding and support.
• Align product development with business requirements and client expectations.
• Work closely with data scientists ML engineers and domain SMEs to define solution requirements and ensure successful model deployment.
• Monitor adoption and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Define success metrics for AI deliverables and ensure responsible AI and data governance principles are applied.

To qualify for this role you must have

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Engineering Data Science or related fields.
• 5 years of proven experience in product management preferably in a digital or technological context.
• Handson experience working with AI/ML or advanced analytics products ideally driving POCs or MVPs in a business environment.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban).
• Familiarity with product management tools (Jira Confluence Trello).
• Ability to interpret data and make insight-driven decisions.
• Good understanding of ML lifecycle concepts (data pipelines experimentation model deployment MLOps) is a plus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
