Overview:

A high-demand cash-based outpatient orthopedic clinic in Mountain View CA is hiring a Physical Therapist to join a collaborative mentorship-driven team. This role is built for clinicians who want mastery not volume with true 1:1 care full clinical autonomy and the time to do their best work.

Full-time is preferred with 40 hours available though candidates with 15 hours of availability will also be considered. New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.

Caseload / Patient Population:

The Physical Therapist will treat a general orthopedic caseload in a fully cash-based outpatient setting with private treatment rooms and full gym access. Patients include active adults athletes and motivated individuals who value high-quality hands-on care.

Full-time caseload: 28 patients per week
All visits are 1:1 60-minute sessions
AI-supported documentation to reduce admin time
Clinicians are encouraged and supported in developing a specialty area or advanced certification
For each patient treated beyond the 28-visit threshold clinicians earn $100 per additional visit.

Compensation:

Full-Time Salary: $105000 $135000 base
Total Compensation Potential: Up to $165000 with commissions
Part-Time Rate: $45 $60 per hour
$4000 referral bonus for referring a Physical Therapist who is hired

Job Requirements:

Eligible for CA state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Prior outpatient ortho experience is preferred.
Clinicians with a strong desire for learning and mastery are encouraged to apply.
New grad PTs will also be considered.
Full-time is preferred 40 hours per week are available.
Candidates with 15 hours of availability/week will also be considered.
