What Youll Be Doing
- Assist in daily plant operations including batching dispatching and delivery coordination.
- Monitor and support quality control processes to ensure product consistency and compliance.
- Participate in inventory management of raw materials including aggregates cement and admixtures.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to understand equipment upkeep and reliability.
- Shadow the production supervisor and area manager to learn operational decision-making and leadership practices.
- Support safety initiatives and participate in safety audits and training.
- Engage with customers and sales teams to understand service expectations and product performance.
- Analyze operational and financial data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn supply chain systems.

Work Environment
- This role involves working in both office and operational settings requiring flexibility and a hands-on approach to learning.
- Primarily office-based with regular site visits.
- Requires travel to various locations within the assigned area.
- Must be able to work in varied weather conditions.
