About the role
As our Planning Accountant you will prepare the annual update of the Companys business planreviewingassumptions and liaising with key budget holders and finance to ensure adequacy of information and adherence to approved budget for year 1.
Youllprepare the sensitivity analysis and combined stress testing including consideration of the key risks and potential risks to the business along with preparing the draft business plan narrative and analysis reports.
Liaising with the Development team and partnersyoullreview their appraisal of proposed new build schemes provide sensitivity analysis of schemes with for salepropertiesand produce post-implementation reports.
As a valued team member you will play an essential role in our daily operations where no two days are the same.
About you
You will have:

A degreeaccounting qualificationor technicalfinancialexperience built on through substantial experience

Strong knowledge of commercialoperationaland financial context of asocial housingbusiness

Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build collaborative partnerships

Strong organisational time management administrative and prioritisation skills

Good intermediate IT skills
