Critical Infrastructure Security Supervisor - Rutland Vermont

Securitas is hiring for a highly motivated Security Supervisor to help keep our clients site safe in Rutland Vermont!

Pay: $25.00/hr

Schedule:

Sunday through Thursday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm (5 shifts for 40 hours per week)

*As a Site Supervisor overtime hours may be REQUIRED as necessary

General Requirements:

-Attention to detail vigilance and a commitment to compliance are essential in this critical role!

-At least 21 years old

-Strong customer service skills and professionalism

-Quick judgment and ability to safely and swiftly de-escalate situations

-Prior experience (at least 2 years) in a security role

-Experience in supervisory roles preferred especially in security or related fields

-Experience in customer service roles preferred

-Ability to obtain Vermont Guard Card (includes a $40 application fee) - we will assist you in applying for this upon accepting an offer of employment!

-Walking/standing for long periods of time

-Willingness to be outside in all types of weather for patrolling purposes

-Valid drivers license and CLEAN driving record

-Comfortable operating a company vehicle during mobile patrols

Scope of Work:

-Team management

-Heavy customer service

-Emphasis on maintaining and improving client relations

-Regular patrols of facilities both on foot and using a vehicle

-Ensuring adherence to proper procedures including reporting practices camera monitoring emergency response and de-escalation techniques
