About the Role:
The Senior Manager Portfolio Governance & Delivery Enablement provides leadership across DCS to ensure the efficient effective and strategically aligned delivery of programs and projects. You will lead portfolio governance project and program delivery enablement change management and business analysis capability uplift driving consistency transparency and continuous improvement across the portfolio. This senior role includes leadership of three direct reports and close collaboration across VU.

About You:
Strategic leader with extensive experience in complex portfolio governance and program or PMO leadership
Skilled in implementing governance frameworks that support strategic alignment accountability and highquality program and project delivery
Experienced in driving organisational change embedding bestpractice delivery methodologies and uplifting capability across project program business analysis and change functions
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence negotiate and build effective partnerships across complex environments
Excellent criticalthinking problemsolving and innovation mindset applying systems thinking in dynamic and evolving contexts
Proven ability to lead coach and develop highperforming teams embedding agile and humancentred ways of working
