Job Summary

Job Overview: Data & Business Analyst (EHS Systems) - FREELANCE

We are seeking aJunior Data and Business Analystfor a 6-month mission to support our clients Environment Health and Safety (EHS) department. This role sits at the intersection of system administration and stakeholder management focusing on the optimization of global QHSE platform (Intelex).

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical IT processes and business needs ensuring our safety and sustainability reporting systems are efficient and well-supported.

Core Responsibilities :

System Administration & Support:Assist the Lead Administrator in transitioning support processes intoServiceNOW. Manage user profiles provide Level 2 technical support and maintain system documentation.
Data Visualization:Design build and refine reports and dashboards within the Intelex BI platform to provide actionable insights for business units.
Process Improvement:Act as a liaison between Information Systems (IS) and business stakeholders to gather feedback and implement system enhancements.
Collaboration:Partner with the Hermes NXT team to conduct rigorous testing and development of new reporting features.

Candidate Profile

Technical Qualifications

Education:Degree in Computer Science Information Management or a related field.
Experience:Approximately 2 years of experience in Data or Business Analysis.
Software Skills:* Proficiency inExcelandPower BI.
Experience with reporting tools and dashboard design.
Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and basic programming.
Preferred:Knowledge ofServiceNOWandITILframeworks.

Soft Skills

High level of autonomy and a detail-oriented approach.
Excellent communication skills for consulting with diverse stakeholders.
A proactive problem-solving mindset.

Language & Logistics

Languages:Fluent inEnglishwith a good working knowledge ofDutch.
Location:Based inBrussels(Minimum 3 days/week onsite; increased presence required during onboarding).

Duration:6 months (Extension possible).
