Job Summary
ICF Next is one of the leading integrated communication agencies in Europe specialising in large-scale campaigns across the European Union.
We are looking for a creative and dynamic team player to fill the position ofJuniorPublic Relations Consultant.
MainResponsibilities
Implementation ofsmalltomedium-scalemedia relationsstakeholderengagementand influencers projects/campaignsfrom A to Z
Building tacticsengagingwith journalists/stakeholders/influencersand empoweringthem to become campaign multipliers
Liaising and working closely with ournetwork of PR agenciesto implement PR strategies and activities at local levels
Coordination and follow-up with internal production teams involved in PR projects
Mapping ofmedia outletsstakeholderorganisationsandinfluencers
Pitching and reachingout to media outlets stakeholder organisations and influencers by e-mail and phone (mostly in English but anyadditionallanguages is an asset)
Ensuring the set-up and sending of mailings and surveys via dedicated tools
Monitoring of outreach activities andproject/campaign pick up
Analysisreportingand presentation of results in dedicated reports and presentations
Requirements
Minimum2years of proven experience in PR
Excellent knowledge of English and at least another EU language(written and verbal)
Good understanding of EU institutions
Interest and experience in communicating about EU policies to EU citizens
Good storytelling and pitching skills
Ability to develop and cultivate relationships withjournalistsstakeholdersand influencers
At ease with Microsoft OfficeSuitemailingand survey tools
Proactive solution-orientedand can-do mindset
Strong problem solving analyticalorganisationaland planning skills
Excellent verbal interpersonaland written communication skills
Willingness inacquiringnew skills and undertaking new tasks
Quick learner receptive tonew informationand assignments
