Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for planning coordinating and overseeing industrial construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered safely on schedule within budget and in compliance with all quality safety and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing complex industrial builds working with subcontractors and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of industrial construction projects including planning scheduling budgeting execution and closeout

  • Coordinate with owners engineers subcontractors and internal teams

  • Maintain project schedules budgets forecasts and documentation (RFIs submittals change orders)

  • Ensure OSHA and company safety compliance on all jobsites

  • Monitor jobsite progress quality and productivity

  • Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates

  • Identify and resolve risks issues and field challenges

  • Oversee procurement and project closeout documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience with a strong focus on industrial construction

  • Experience with manufacturing warehouse or processing facilities

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods scheduling and cost control

  • Proficiency with project management software (Procore P6 Smartsheets or similar)

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred

  • OSHA 30 certification

  • Experience managing projects $15M

  • PMP or CCM certification
