An ERP Consultant implements and supports enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to optimize business operations. This role focuses on configuring ERP modules training users and ensuring efficient business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Gather business requirements and configure ERP modules (SAP Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics).
Conduct system testing troubleshooting and validation.
Provide training and support to end-users.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to optimize processes.
Document ERP configurations workflows and user guides.

Qualifications

Bachelors in IT Computer Science or related field.
3-6 years of experience in ERP implementation or support.
Strong knowledge of ERP modules and system functionality.

Preferred Skills / Duties

ERP certifications (SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics) preferred.
Knowledge of finance HR supply chain or operations processes.
