Key Responsibilities
- Install configure and maintain Windows servers AD and Exchange environments.
- Monitor system health performance and security alerts.
- Apply updates patches and security configurations.
- Manage user accounts group policies and permissions.
- Troubleshoot Windows server issues and provide technical support.
Qualifications
- Bachelors in IT Computer Science or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience managing Windows server environments.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory Group Policy DNS DHCP and Exchange.
Preferred Skills / Duties
- Microsoft certifications (MCSA MCSE) are a plus.
- Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V VMware) and cloud services (Azure AWS).
- Strong problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
