Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant IT PMO
In this role we are looking for IT PMO Lead who will be responsible for establishing and managing the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure consistent delivery excellence across IT initiatives. This role involves defining project governance frameworks monitoring project portfolios enabling effective resource and financial management and ensuring adherence to organizational standards and best practices in project execution.

Responsibilities
Establish maintain and continuously improve IT PMO processes frameworks and methodologies (Agile Waterfall or hybrid).
Manage the portfolio of IT programs and projects ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives.
Develop and implement governance standards for project planning execution reporting and risk management.
Monitor project performance through KPIs dashboards and portfolio reports for executive management.
Ensure project delivery quality by conducting regular health checks audits and compliance reviews.
Facilitate resource planning budget tracking and capacity management across multiple projects.
Partner with delivery leads program managers and business stakeholders to identify risks issues and interdependencies.
Drive continuous improvement and standardization across project management tools templates and processes.
Support training and upskilling initiatives for project managers and delivery teams on PMO practices.
Act as a central point of contact for reporting communication and project documentation governance.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or a related field (Masters preferred).
Relevant years of experience in IT project/program management with at least Relevant years in a PMO leadership or governance role.
Strong understanding of project and portfolio management methodologies (PMP PRINCE2 Agile SAFe).
Proven experience in managing complex multi-stakeholder IT programs.
Proficiency with project management and reporting tools (e.g. MS Project Jira Smartsheet Clarity PPM Power BI Azure DevOps).
Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret project data and present insights to senior leadership.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Experience working with distributed or offshore delivery teams.
