As part of the UniCredit Group Aion Bank and Vodeno will accelerate their digital banking offer in strategic markets and will act as a sandbox for innovation for the wider UniCredit Group. Aion Bank and Vodenos existing Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) offering across key European markets includingGermanyandPoland will see the bank embed its services - ranging from account access and deposits to lending payments and loyalty programs - directly into non-banking digital platforms facilitating seamless customer experiences.

• Development of the insurance product offering in Poland and international markets.

• Co-creating the segment strategy.

• Accountability for the profitability and efficiency of insurance products.

• Structuring and managing the insurance product roadmap.

• Managing the team backlog setting priorities and co-creating action plans.

• Collaborating with other product teams on insurance offer integration and with sales networks regarding distribution.

• Market research competitor analysis and trend monitoring.

• Creating and developing an innovative insurance product offering in the Polish market and strategic international markets.

• Active participation in co-creating strategic development directions for the Bancassurance and insurance segments.

• Full responsibility for achieving profitability targets and the economic efficiency of insurance products.

• Defining structuring and managing the overall insurance product portfolio roadmap ensuring alignment with the business strategy.

• Dynamic management of the product team backlog setting priorities and co-creating action plans (e.g. sprints) using Agile methodology.

• Close interdisciplinary cooperation with other product teams for seamless integration of the insurance offer and with sales networks to optimize distribution processes.

• Conducting in-depth market analyses monitoring competitor activities and identifying key market trends to create a competitive advantage based on innovation.

• A minimum of 5 years of proven success in insurance product portfolio management (experience in banking or insurance sectors is preferred).

• Established practical knowledge of insurance products and current legal regulations.

• Highly developed communication and organizational skills.

• High professional ethics and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Openness to new technologies and readiness for their implementation.

• Good command of English.
