Environmental Services Technician Surgical Services
Full-Time Weekdays Only $17.00/Hour No Weekends or Holidays
Position Overview
We are hiring a full-time Environmental Services Technician to support Surgical Services in a clean organized and patient-focused healthcare environment. This role is ideal for individuals seeking steady weekday hours competitive pay and true work-life balancewith no weekends and no holidays required.
You will play a vital role in maintaining a safe sanitary and welcoming space for patients providers and staff.
Schedule & Pay
- Pay Rate:$17.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday Friday
- Hours: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM
- Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract
- Work-Life Balance: No weekends. No holidays.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean sanitary and safe environment within surgical service areas
- Clean and disinfect patient rooms restrooms furniture fixtures and equipment
- Refill supplies and promptly remove trash and linens
- Safely operate and maintain cleaning equipment including burnishers auto scrubbers and vacuums
- Follow infection control standards safety policies and PPE requirements
- Use proper body mechanics and chemical handling procedures
- Respond to emergency pages and complete assigned tasks efficiently
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- No prior experience required
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospital or healthcare housekeeping experience (preferred not required)
