A typical day at one of our fitness front desks
As an NFC Amenity Fitness/Spa Front Desk Associate you get to work at some of the most exclusive addresses in the area where you are the first person residents and guests interact with when they arrive at the facility. Our Fitness Front Desk Associates are the heart of the operation. After warmly welcoming guests you will ensure they receive an exceptional memorable experience from the moment they arrive at the fitness center until they leave.
Ultimately your priority is to make our residents and guests feel at home simply by showing genuine sincerity and appreciation.
Here are just a few other responsibilities you will have throughout your day:
- You will ensure smooth operations and service by effectively communicating with your team members management and guests.
- Warmly welcome members residents and guests as they enter the facility making them feel valued and appreciated.
- Efficiently handle check-ins including verifying memberships IDs and processing payments for services.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly providing information about our services class schedules and other inquiries.
- Advise and remind guests of any appropriate rules and regulations established by the property management.
- Address guests concerns or issues professionally and courteously escalating to management as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area including the display of marketing materials and literature.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and services to assist guests effectively.
- Look sharp in your supplied uniform.
- Enjoy interacting with the guests and residents.
