| Job Description: | In collaboration with the Spine Centers Research Coordinatorand at times working independentlythis position supports day-to-day clinical research activities within the Spine Program. The role contributes to the successful execution of clinical studies by assisting with participant identification data collection and coordination of research-related activities in a fast-paced clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Screen clinic schedules and medical records in Epic and other research platforms to identify potential clinical trial participants. Administer Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) via MyChart or paper formats as appropriate. Support data collection data coordination and accurate data entry for ongoing clinical research studies. Assist with scheduling and coordination of volunteers who shadow Spine Center physicians. Support informed consent discussions in accordance with study protocols and regulatory requirements. Assist with coordination collection and processing of research samples as applicable. Collaborate closely with research staff clinical providers and study teams to ensure smooth research operations. Perform additional duties consistent with those of a Clinical Research Assistant or early-career Clinical Research Coordinator as assigned.
