We are a boutique Software Development Agency specializing in enterprise solutions (Odoo Zoho Bitrix24) custom software (Web & Mobile) and SaaS product development. We are looking for a high-energy organized and ambitious Growth & Operations Coordinator to become the right hand of the CTO/Founder.
This is not a typical administrative assistant role. You will be the engine behind our commercial growth and operational efficiency. You will start by handling prospecting and administration with a clear path to becoming our Chief Operating Officer (COO) as the company scales.
What you will do (The 60/40 Split):
60% Commercial Growth (Hunter Mode):
Execute outbound prospecting campaigns on LinkedIn and Email to find potential clients in the US and Mexico.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Founder.
Follow up with prospects to ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.
Create and prepare attractive sales presentations.
Maintain the CRM (Zoho) spotless and up to date.
40% Operations & Admin (Builder Mode):
Manage client invoicing contractor payments and basic cash flow tracking.
Draft proposals and service contracts using our templates.
Organize project documentation and coordinate with our freelance engineering team.
Assist in the launch of our new SaaS product for the construction sector (beta testing coordination user onboarding).
Bilingual is a must: Advanced English (B2/C1) written and spoken. You will be contacting US clients.
High Agency Attitude: You dont wait for instructions; you identify problems and propose solutions. You are comfortable figuring things out.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using tools like Zoho Suite LinkedIn Sales Navigator Notion and AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) to speed up work.
Organized: You love checklists clean inboxes and structured data.
Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role (Sales Assistant SDR or Admin in a tech company). Fresh graduates with high potential will be considered.
Base Salary: $13000 - $15000 MXN Net / Month (Based on experience).
Aggressive Productivity Bonus: Unlike standard jobs you share in our success. You will earn a % commission on the Gross Margin of the projects and deals you help close and manage.
Real potential to double your base salary within the first 12 months based on performance.
Mentorship: Direct mentorship from the Founder. You will learn how to build and scale a software business from the ground up.
Career Path: This role is designed to evolve into a Head of Operations or COO position as we build the core team.
