Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive to oversee our domestic purchasing operations. Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications for the role:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end procurement process from sourcing suppliers to ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Identify and develop new supplier partnerships to enhance product offerings and cost efficiencies.
Negotiate contracts pricing and payment terms with vendors to optimize procurement costs.
Monitor and manage vendor performance to maintain product quality and delivery timelines.
Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock without overstocking.
Analyze market trends and pricing fluctuations to make data-driven purchasing decisions.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and company standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in supply chain management business administration or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in domestic procurement or purchasing operations.
Strong negotiation communication and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of supply chain processes inventory management and market dynamics.
Proven ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement processes.
