the role
This role requires the incumbent to support the Category lead on key initiatives by delivering operational excellence and work as part of the team to deliver superlative results in executing marketing initiatives to meet overall business objectives.
What impact will you create
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage cross-functional and cross-country stakeholders to drive brand strategy and execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of key brand initiatives campaigns and activations across channels
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging visual identity and brand elements across markets
- Partner with internal teams (Sales CTMMs R&D Supply Chain) on product development brand/product changes POSMs artworks and creatives
- Oversee creation adaptation and rollout of brand collaterals; manage agencies and vendors including estimates timelines and billing
- Work closely with Sales teams to support brand activation and on-ground execution
- Monitor analyze and report brand performance by consolidating data from multiple sources to identify trends insights and growth opportunities

Education
- MBA from Tier 3 B school or bachelors degree in marketing Business or related field
Experience
Prior experience in running networks in FMCG
- Strong understanding of branding principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
