Production Manager plans coordinates and oversees manufacturing processes to ensure products are made efficiently on time within budget and meet quality standards managing staff resources budgets safety and workflow to boost productivity and minimize waste often acting as a bridge between strategic goals and daily execution. Key duties involve scheduling resource allocation quality control team supervision cost management and liaising with other departments like sales purchasing and engineering.
