Our client is a leading retail group in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
- Build and develop creative direction and plans aligned with short- and long-term brand strategy.
- Translate Brand DNA Brand Story Brand Positioning and Brand Philosophy into clear creative language expressed through products and brand presence
- Ensure consistency in visuals color palette design language and messaging across all touchpoints
- Ensure all creative outputs align with brand positioning business objectives and premium aesthetic standards
- Lead creative direction and develop Creative Guidelines for the brand products and campaigns; ensure high aesthetic quality and premium brand standards
- Collaborate with Brand & Marketing to shape campaign ideas storytelling and key messages for collections/new products
- Manage internal teams and external creative partners; evaluate creative quality and ensure delivery timelines.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Design Fine Arts Communications Journalism Marketing Branding or related fields.
Minimum 710 years of experience in brand and product creative work.
Experience working with premium/luxury brands; strong knowledge of culture and heritage is a major advantage.
Strong strategic and creative thinking.
Strong storytelling and concept development capability.
Strong aesthetic judgment and market trend awareness.
Highly attuned to trends art heritage and culture.
Detail-oriented while still able to see the big picture.
High standards and a strong sense of perfectionism.
Ability to perform under pressure and work in a fast-changing environment.
