Responsibilities:
- Actively canvass source and recruit prospective students for international universities represented by the firm.
- Promote study abroad opportunities across the UK USA Canada and Australia through direct marketing referrals events and personal networks.
- Provide professional career and academic advisory services to prospective and confirmed students.
- Guide students through the full recruitment lifecycle: inquiry counseling application admission and enrollment.
- Deliver accurate current and relevant information on academic programs entry requirements tuition fees visas and timelines.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the unique offerings rankings and admission criteria of partner universities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students parents partner institutions and internal stakeholders.
- Meet and exceed assigned student recruitment and revenue targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads applications and conversions using CRM or internal tracking systems.
- Participate in education fairs school visits open days and promotional events as required.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support focused campaigns and conversion initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree (candidates from private universities are strongly preferred).
- 5 years proven experience in international student recruitment or study abroad consultancy.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully recruiting students to UK USA Canadian and Australian universities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong networking persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly motivated target-driven and sales-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced performance-focused environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Gross Salary: per month (based on experience).
- Commission: Attractive performance-based commission on successful student enrollments.
- Probation Benefit: No deductions (tax HMO or statutory deductions) during the probation period.
