Job Summary
Position: SMT Machine Operator
Location: Gardena CA
Shift:1st
Seeking an experienced SMT Operator to support highmix electronics manufacturing.
Responsibilities
Run Mydata Pick & Place Dek solder paste printer SPI and BTU reflow
Set up feeders trays stencils and reflow profiles
Support full SMT assembly flow from paste to reflow
Work in a fastpaced highmix environment where every board is differen
Requirements
Strong experience operating Mydata SMT machines
SMT setup assembly BOM/AI/partnumber reading
Contract/OEM manufacturing background
English proficiency; teamoriented
Microsoft Office skills
Experience in ISO 9001/AS9100 environments
Able to read engineering documents and handle SMT components
High School Diploma
Pay Rate $25 - $28 per hour
