Job Summary

A well-established facility near La Crosse WI is seeking a Hospice and Palliative Care Director to join their Home Health and Hospice team!

Pay Range: Starting at $51/hr and can increase based on experience

Hospice and Palliative Care Director Opportunity:

Full-time permanent position
Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8a-4:30p
Provide strategic and operational leadership for the hospice program including staffing 24/7 care availability budgeting long-range planning and financial viability.
Ensure regulatory compliance quality improvement and policy development while overseeing staff performance education contracts and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Promote high-quality patient- and family-centered care through effective referral management continuity of care satisfaction tracking community outreach and positive staff engagement.

Hospice and Palliative Care Director Qualifications:

3 years of administrative experience in a home health or hospice setting
Bachelors degree or higher in business healthcare or related field
Experience with regulatory compliance for Medicaid and Joint Commission preferred
