Job Summary
Key responsibilities & duties:
Accounting
- Monitor Account Receivable follow up with customer for payment plan.
- Bank Receipt clearing outstanding AR.
- Issuing VAT invoice on daily basis comply with VAS.
- Reconciliation AR revenue cross systems (Operation System Accounting System and Actual Invoice)
- Handle VAT Output report.
General Administration
- Handle office admin task (office management stationery courier drinking water monitoring)
Academic or trade qualifications/ Work experience and skills:
- Bachelor or College degree Major in Finance and Accounting Business Management or Logistics
- Fresh candidates or Experience in Shipping/ Forwarding/Logistics is preferred
- Hard-working studious service minded
- Innovative - trying to see possiblities rather than problems.
- Works independently and good at team working.
- Good English skills
- Good in MS Office
