Job Summary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Overseeing survey aspects of the projects and/or directing preparation of all types of survey plans; conducting deed and plan research and review.

Lead the survey planning and program.

Carry out site inspection and upkeep of site documentations related to site survey activities.

Review land surveying engineering and construction project; performing survey computations and data collection.

Ensures compliance to all applicable regulations and requirements of the project.

Review the technical specifications and designs.

Coordinate all Survey activities with the Project Manager.

Perform other work duties as required by the project

To comply with the companys QA and BMS procedures.

Perform reasonable other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Reporting Supervisor

Meeting or exceeding project KPIs

Client satisfaction with projects delivery

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Higher diploma or certificate of education in surveying

Possess license to practice as a surveyor in the Philippines with 5 years post-registration experience in undertaking surveys for civil engineering works

Preferably minimum 3 years of experience in marine hydrographic and bathymetric surveys.

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Must have excellent analytical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities

Willing to accept Project-base status

Willing to be assigned in Manila
