The Neurological Surgery Clinic at UW Medical Center-Montlake is an international leader and pioneer in the care and treatment of patients with diseases and disorders of the brain spine and peripheral nerves. We take a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach to complex neurosurgical problems such as tumors degenerative disease vascular lesions epilepsy spinal anomalies peripheral nerve disorders chronic pain and spasticity movement disorders and developmental defects. Our patients receive uncompromising care in one of the most advanced facilities in the world.

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT OF NEUROLOGICAL SURGERY
The Department of Neurological Surgery at the UW Montlake and Northwest campuses provides patient care services for a broad range of neurological diseases and disorders. The Department is also the primary referral center for patients with complex neurological conditions in the five state WWAMI region as well as the tertiary referral center for national and international addition the Department has one of the premier academic training programs in the world and maintains an active cutting-edge research program ranging from basic science and translational research to a broad array of clinical trials.
