What Youll Do
As a Sales Associate you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the vehicle-buying journey.
Key Responsibilities
Engage customers in a professional consultative manneronline on the phone and in person
Conduct needs assessments and recommend vehicles that best fit customer goals
Deliver confident feature-focused product presentations and test drives
Follow structured sales processes from first contact through delivery
Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
Collaborate with management finance and service teams to ensure a seamless experience
Maintain product knowledge on Ford vehicles technology incentives and programs
Uphold McGraw Fords standards for integrity accountability and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Self-motivated with a desire to learn and improve
Ability to follow proven sales processes and coaching
Customer-focused mindset with strong listening skills
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus but not required)
