Job Summary
Position Summary:
The Automotive Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate vehicle inventory records and supporting dealership operations related to purchasing dealer trades and inventory reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
Purchase and process all incoming vehicle inventory.
Process and coordinate all dealer trades.
Reconcile the RDR (Retail Delivery Report) list on a monthly basis.
Respond to and resolve vehicle citation tickets.
Process all cancellations related to vehicle inventory and contracts.
Monitor and follow up on all arbitration cases.
Conduct and reconcile monthly physical inventory to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications:
Automotive dealership experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
