Purpose of the position:
M&E Officer will support the overall implementation of PWUD programme Monitoring Evaluation Reporting and Learning(MERL) activities under the leadership management and supervision of the M&E Manager/Specialist. The M&E Officer will also actively support the management and coordination of provincial and district program performance reporting. The incumbent will work closely with Site Manager NIMART Nurses and other program staff to ensure that quality services are captured validated and reported in line with Global Fund (GF) reporting requirements. S/He will ensure that the M&E Systems and data management processes are adequately implemented and complied with for accurate quality and timely reporting
Minimum Requirements- Bachelors degree in M&E Information Technology / Business Administration Public Health Data Management or other related field.
- Minimum of 4 years M&E experience with a specific focus on HIV and/or TB programming.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Office including Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated experience in data management and reporting systems including tool development data capturing analysis and report writing.
- Experience of working in GF PEPFAR or other donor funded projects is required.
- Good understanding and experience of using DoH information management systems like DHIS HPRS.
- A valid drivers license is essential
