About the opportunity

The International Recruitment Operations Coordinator plays an important role within the Recruitment Engagement and Marketing team reporting to the International Recruitment Operations Manager. This position provides operational coordination to support the effective management of the Universitys international agent network ensuring agents are onboarded supported and meet compliance and quality requirements.

What youll do:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding induction and ongoing training of international agents.
  • Administer and provide strategic oversight of agent contracts and agreements ensuring robust governance through accurate record management timely renewals and adherence to regulatory frameworks.
  • Exercise institution-wide responsibility for governance and compliance matters related to agent partnerships by supporting regular audits and risk management activities.
  • Provide expert guidance and strategic support to agents serving as the primary liaison for complex operational matters.
  • Drive effective communication and collaboration between agents and internal university stakeholders ensuring alignment with institutional priorities compliance requirements and service excellence standards.

What were looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating or supporting agent networks preferably within the higher education sector including onboarding contract administration and performance monitoring.
  • Understanding of relevant legislation and standards (e.g. ESOS TEQSA CRICOS) governing international student recruitment and agent operations.
  • Proven ability to review develop and implement operational processes and systems (such as CRM or agent portals) to enhance efficiency and agent engagement.
  • Strong skills in maintaining accurate records managing data and preparing reports on agent performance and compliance.
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams (recruitment admissions compliance marketing) and providing high-quality support to external partners or clients.

Salary details

Appointment to this role will be at HEO 7 and will have a total remuneration package of up to $130943 comprising base salary within the range of $101821 to $111917 plus 17% superannuation.
