Training Navigator New Beginning Program (Grant Funded)
Pioneer Technology Center an engaging and supportive workplace providing high quality
programs and services is looking for a Training Navigator.
Are you someone who is motivated to assist participants in career development and
creating and maintaining positive working relationships with community partners and other
professionals To be successful in this job you must be team focused dependable
supportive encouraging and productive. You must be willing to travel within the PTC
District and New Beginning counties of participation. A working knowledge of job readiness
techniques with the ability to teach participants within the program. You must hold a
Bachelor's Degree. Preference will be given to 2 years of related experience in social work
or related fields and familiar with DHS and TANF requirements and regulations. Must have
the ability to build relationships related to participants and create community partners.
Previous teaching of employability skills and customer services skills are preferred but not
required. You must be able to work with a team that values people innovation character
