Qualifications:
- High-volume dealership SalesManager experience with a proven track record of success (3-5 Years of experience required).
- Excellent Leadershipskills and the ability to develop and motivate a top performing sales team.
- Ability to facilitate a deal throughout the entire lifecycle of the sales process.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Assist the General Manager in training and developing the next generation of leaders.
- Must displace a high business acumen as we as decisive decision making skills
- Must meet our 5 Pillars (Character Integrity Performance Teamwork & Work Ethic)
