Weare looking for:Client Service Representative (CSR)

Schedule: Sunday 5pm-3am Monday 2pm-12am Tuesday 5pm-3am Wednesday 5pm-3am

Compensation:This position has an initial hiring range of $21.00 to $27.00 per hour based on skillset and experience.

We support our evening caregivers with lucrative shift differentials:

-Hours worked between 8pm-11:59pm base pay $4/hour

-Hours worked between 12am-8am base pay $6/hour

-Hours worked on Saturday and Sunday (day or night) base pay $3/hour any applicable differentials.

Our Client Service Representatives havethe first interaction with our clients providing superior service toensure client interactions arefacilitatedsmoothlycompassionatelyand effectively throughout their MedVet Experience. This role requires practical knowledge of hospital organization services veterinary terminology medicalrecordsand financial policies/transactions. The ability to multi-task and enter data accurately is crucial for success in this position. This individual must alwaysmaintaina compassionate yet professional composure.

Whatyoulldo:

Greet and check-in clients

Answer telephones and transfer calls

Escort clients and their pets to exam rooms

Manage medical records chartsreportsand correspondence

Discuss payment options and process payments

Maintain a neat and clean lobby

Who you are:

Ability to remain composed in stressful and emotional situations

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent client service skills and phone etiquette

Attention to detail self-motivated and the ability to work successfully as part of a team and autonomously

Sense of urgency within a fast-paced environment

Some flexibility with work hours and able to workadditionalhours when necessary

Critical thinking skills and ability toanticipateneeds inter & intra-departmentally

General computer competency required including Microsoft Word and Excel

Previousexperience in veterinary setting (preferred)
