Job Summary
Your mission
We have an exciting leadership opportunity for you as our next Service Product Team Leader in Munich. Curious about what this role entails Lets dive in:
- Build and lead the European SCM team including organizational structure staffing and performance management.
- Define and implement annual business goals for service commerce (LTSA and non-LTSA services) ensuring alignment with regional objectives.
- Standardize and control end-to-end service commercial processes from commercial insight to order closing.
- Develop systems tools and capability-building programs for competitive analysis cost estimation and contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with R&D Legal Finance and Project Delivery teams to ensure compliance and resolve cross-functional issues.
- Drive market strategy and risk control to maintain profitability and minimize compliance and penalty risks.
Your profile
- Bachelors degree or above in business management marketing energy engineering or related fields.
- 5 years of service experience in the new energy sector (PV/energy storage) with 3 years in the European market preferred.
- 3 years of cross-functional team management experience with proven success in achieving annual goals.
- Strong expertise in service commercial processes and financial analysis for project profitability.
- English C1 level as working language; other European languages are a plus.
- Excellent leadership collaboration and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive under high-pressure business rhythms.
- Familiarity with Sungrow service products (LTSA spare parts technical renovation) and scenarios like service provider management is a plus.
