Location: Mississauga Ontario (onsite)
Salary Range: 55500.00 - 79300.00 CAD Annual
Vacancy Type: Existing position
Schedule: Full-time
As our next Electrician youll be at the forefront of maintaining and repairing plant equipment and utilities ensuring production efficiency and compliance with safety standards. Your expertise in industrial electrical systems and troubleshooting automation equipment will be crucial in supporting our operations team.

What Youll Be Doing:
Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
Perform preventative maintenance installations troubleshooting and machine improvements.
Provide technical support for processes products and equipment.
Ensure smooth communication and hand-offs between shifts.
Participate in team meetings to resolve operational and safety issues.
Assist in training and development of new team members.
Participate in 5S activities and maintain compliance with JEC Quality and EHS policies (IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001).
Perform other duties as assigned.
What Were Looking For:
Ontario Trade Certificate as an Industrial Electrician.
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing facility.
Strong troubleshooting knowledge of PLCs speed controls CNC controls and automation equipment.
Reliable mature individual with strong teamwork skills.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience in continuous improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with advanced automation systems and robotics.
