The Boeing Company is seeking a Mid-Level Staff Analyst to join the Bombers team within Boeings Defense Space & Security (BDS) division. The position is based in Oklahoma City OK.

A staff analyst helps the program operate seamlessly and efficiently. Working closely with IPT leaders a staff analyst joins the Aircraft IPT team to promote operational excellence by helping manage the programs battle rhythm logistics and contractual deliverables. A staff analyst will help with execution and coordination through all phases of the program.

A staff analyst will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating key program meetings managing action items and meeting minutes and collecting organizing and developing data for use by the various IPT leads. Data will be technical as well as cost and schedule. Collect data from various Boeing tools and databases. Coordinate with internal team members to obtain data. Develop and update internal and external presentations to be used by various IPT leaders.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.
  • Develops coordinates and assesses the architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
  • Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.
  • Delivers informational or technical materials.
  • Provides strategic design logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.
  • Develops and deploys localized training content.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
  • 5 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
  • Outstanding customer service skills excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 5 years of experience with organizing planning facilitating and executing customer logistics

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • A Bachelors degree or equivalent or higher
  • Experience with SharePoint set-up Teams set up
