Oversees the operational performance strategic planning relationships and growth initiatives to support service line and system-wide priorities including inpatient perioperative ambulatory and diagnostics as applicable. Accountable for assessment implementation and evaluation of patient care and ensuring that quality care is provided to patients in accordance with organizational professional and regulatory standards. Provides leadership and participates in continuous performance improvement activities throughout span of control and develops and ensures compliance with clinical standards and staff competency. Ensures sustained improvements in: quality and safety people and culture patient experience health equity and anti-racism operational excellence strategic growth and discovery. Strategizes and collaborates with physician leaders service line leaders and site of care leaders to develop implement and operationalize initiatives intended to achieve desired outcomes.

Anesthesiology & Pain Medicine
Ophthalmology
Bioethics & Palliative Care
Emergency Medicine
Critical Care
Hospital Medicine Neonatology & Regional Partnerships
Required Education and Experience
Masters in Business Administration Public Health Healthcare Administration or related field. May be substituted with a Masters degree in Nursing.
Minimum five (5) years of strategic leadership experience developing and enhancing care delivery programs business development and management and developing leaders and effective care teams within a large complex organization.
Minimum eight (8) years of experience in healthcare business systems or service line management.

Compensation Range
$249620.00 - $374430.00 per yearSalary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity skills experience and expertise and may vary within the range provided.
