Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Electrical Engineer to join our team in Eden Prairie MN. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design development and implementation of electrical systems and components. This role requires strong technical expertise leadership abilities and a commitment to innovation and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from concept through completion
- Design develop and test electrical systems and components to meet project specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
- Conduct technical analysis and provide recommendations for system improvements and optimizations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards safety regulations and quality control procedures.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers providing technical expertise and support.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical engineering with a proven track record in leading projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical design software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in specific industry or technology relevant to the company.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Project management certification or experience.
