We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Administrator with QuickBooks experience to support our small manufacturing team. This role combines bookkeeping duties with general office support and is ideal for someone who enjoys consistency variety and being an essential part of daily operations.
Schedule: 35 hours/week MondayFriday 9:00 AM4:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Process invoices and maintain records in QuickBooks
Assist with basic reporting and reconciliations
Provide general office and administrative support
Handle phones emails filing and office coordination
Qualifications:
Bookkeeping or accounting support experience
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
