Job Summary

Responsibilities
Develop and execute change strategies that align with organizational goals and deliver measurable results.
Partner with senior leaders to foster a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
Lead enterprise-wide change initiatives ensuring stakeholder engagement and successful adoption.
Provide expert guidance on change impacts risk mitigation and communication strategies.
Measure and report on change effectiveness to inform future improvements.
Provide thought leadership and coaching on change management best practices fostering continuous learning and improvement.
Champion a systems approach to organizational effectiveness ensuring alignment across high-impact initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in change management or related field.
Experience in organizational design preferred
Proven track record of leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong business acumen and ability to tailor design outcomes to enable business success.
Excellent facilitation presentation and communication skills.
Ability to influence at all levels and drive consensus in complex environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Organizational Development or related field.
Certification in change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci ACMP).
Experience in consulting or advisory roles.
Familiarity with digital transformation and agile practices.
Travel Requirements: Up to 25% primarily for key client events
