What youll do

Services

• Repair wing to wing process management & weekly report out.
• Outage preparation support coordinate parts demand and logistics.
• Follow up on event management & tools issues as they arise and work on resolution.
• Applicant might be attending customer meetings and site visits.
• Support on signed contracts execution

Sales

• Significant on-the-job learning within the commercial functions and other areas of power services giving you exposure to different markets products and leaders.
• World-class training in sales leadership and business skills. Program members strengthen their commercial business and leadership skills by completing hands-on and online training.
• Work closely with the Commercial Team to support development of the overall business growth strategy including market analysis market opportunities identification and execution of the sales growth plan.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to define the sales strategy for targeted clients and develop a thorough understanding and analysis of the core markets.
• Partner with the Proposal team in the development and compilation of proposals to meet customers and sales team requirements.
• Build and present the Risk & Opportunities analysis and the associated risk mitigation plans alongside the Sales Managers.
• Support customer negotiations; ensure deals deliver shareholder value to contribute positively to sales orders and profitability.
• Receiving formal mentoring and coaching by senior management.

What youll bring

• Fresh graduates up to 4 years of experience.
