Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic business partner to the argenx US General Manager driving global and regionally specific culture people and organizational strategies.This role will work closely with the HRBP for the US Commercial and Medical Affairsorganization.
Championthe development and engagement of theNA HRCommunity which includes HRBPsEmployee RelationsTotal Rewards HRIS and OperationsTalentDevelopmentand Talent Acquisition.
Act as a key memberonthe globalCommercializationHR team co-creating and collaborating to drive business culture and talent impact advancing our One global Company One global Plan.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree;Business Administration or HR preferred
15 plus years progressive HRexperienceinclusive of experience leading Human Resource teams; Biotech experience preferred
Globalperspective gained throughinternational experience working for an internationalorganization with a preference for those who have lived and worked abroad.

For applicants in the United States: The annual base salary hiring range for this position is $220000.00 - $330000.00 USD. This range reflects our good faith estimate at the time of posting. Individual compensation is determined using objective inclusive and job-related criteria such as relevant experience skills demonstrated competencies and internal equity. This means actual pay may differ from the posted range when justified by these factors. Because market conditions evolve pay ranges are reviewed regularly and may be adjusted to remain aligned with external benchmarks.
