JOB SUMMARY
The Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern will support brand storytelling digital engagement and campaign execution that connects with travelers and stakeholders. The intern will gain hands-on experience creating content managing digital campaigns and contributing to strategic campaigns that drive awareness engagement and revenueall grounded in research and analytics.

Position Description

JOB DUTIES

Collaborates with the Digital Marketing Manager and agency partners on social media content planning and creation including writing post copy and capturing photos and videos.
Monitoring and replying to incoming social media messages and mentions.
Develop and review reports on social media content performance.
With guidance from manager implement digital marketing campaigns as client needs arise on Meta Spotify Reddit LinkedIn and more.
Add edit or remove content from MSP Airport and MAC websites.

Position Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program OR be a recent graduate (within 12 months from posting date) in marketing communications or a related field. Applicants with relevant experience with a different degree program are also welcome to apply.
Familiarity with or a user of Facebook Instagram and Threads.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

Experience creating social media content for a business or organization.
Knowledge of social media analytics to inform content decisions.
Ability to update and publish content using a website content management system.
