As part of the Chief Revenue Office the Strategic Alliance Partnerships teamis responsible forthe divisions strategy and relationships with our largest and most strategic information provider partners. The group focuses on relationship management and revenue generation for these key accounts andfacilitatingopportunities across our global network of partners spanning various industries. The mandate is to maximize revenue mitigate riskfacilitateaccess to our content for our end customers and support the creation and implementation of strategic division-wide and product-specific goals with these key partners.

PositionSummary

MarketIntelligenceStrategic Alliance Partnership group has an opening in its team to manage this new function for the division. The successful candidate will manage a team of account managers drive the vision and execution of an operational framework to support all partner activity and lead the build-out of a compliance management function for important partner activity. This role will work very closely with ourChief Customer Officebroader revenue organization and its leadership business lines product managers SMEs and legal toidentifyand execute new opportunities.

Responsibilities and Impact

  • Manage an account team covering key partner accounts focusing on relationshipmanagementand driving net revenue growth.

  • Establish andmaintainsenior-level relationships with partner organizations to influence and develop new opportunities.

  • Develop deep knowledge of S&P Global products and partner ecosystems to drive complex partner integration andidentifynew business opportunities.

  • Lead high-impact deals and represent S&P Global in business development and partnership negotiations.

  • Represent the division as a key driver of strategic partnerships and relationships ensuring alignment with division-wide goals.

  • Build and manage an operational framework tofacilitatepartner deal activity and provide insights to stakeholders.

  • Createa bestpractice compliance management function for partnership relationshipsutilizingautomation.

WhatWereLooking For

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or higher preferably in Business Finance or a related field.

  • Extensive experience in managing strategic partnerships and complex deal structures particularly in the financial services fintech or data industries.

  • Proventrack recordof building andmaintainingrelationships with partners at senior and executive levels.

  • Strong commercial and legal acumen withexpertisein partnership dealstructuringand execution.

  • Excellent communication drafting and presentation skills.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data and intellectual property licensing frameworks and arrangements.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills related to managing complex third-party relationships.

  • Experience inleading teams and driving successful outcomes in a dynamic setting.

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $207k to $314k. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individuals geographic location as well as experience level skill set training licenses and certifications.

In addition to base compensation this role is eligible for additional compensation such as a sales commission plan.
